Half Marathon Training: Week 2 Day 2
John Phillip SOUSA my shins hurt. Like, really hurt. I managed to make it through my 2 miles today (and actually made really good time due to how badly I wanted to get it over with). When I first first started running, I had annoyingly awful shin splints. But when I went and got a pair of (good) new sneakers, they pretty much went away. And now they’re back. With a VENGEANCE. I really, really don’t want this to slow me down or put me off my schedule. Anyone have any advice on how to deal with this?
