Half Marathon Training: Week 2 Day 6

Today’s modified plan was low impact cardio. LOTS of cardio. And I took what was probably the best spinning class of my LIFE this morning. It was tough and challenging and amazing (I forgot how much I like spinning!) and just the exact perfect thing to get me back into the swing of feeling good about working out.

So for any of you NYers out there, you MUST take a spin class with Jillian Wright at Equinox. MUST.
