Half Marathon Training: Week 4 Day 5
Oh man. Vegas was a LOT of fun, but (expectedly) I’m unfortunately completely off my training schedule. I got one run in while I was away (which is great), but I missed yesterday and I’m likely going to miss today since my body has no concept of what time it is and I’m pretty sure I’m zombie.
Debating doing a repeat of this week (after I do Saturday and Sunday’s workouts, of course), just so I can be sure I’m still on track.
Oof.
